Product Overview
◎ POCT Application: Designed for point-of-care testing (POCT) of blood, which refers to clinical or bedside testing performed near the patient, not necessarily by a laboratory technician. It enables immediate on-site sample analysis, bypassing complex laboratory processing to deliver rapid results. It is specifically developed to quantitatively aspirate microliter volumes of blood, dilute the sample, and then dispense precise volumes for subsequent testing.
◎ Components: Comprises a capillary pipette, tube cap, and dilution tube prefilled with customized liquid volume (volume customizable).
◎ Precision Design: The capillary pipette is injection-molded from medical-grade high-transparency polystyrene (PS), ensuring straightness, smooth inner walls, exceptional quality, and accuracy. Rapid capillary action (~0.02 s) facilitates effortless liquid aspiration and operation.
◎ Customization: Pipette volumes: 5μL, 7.5μL, 10μL, or 20μL (customizable). Cap types: Options A, C, or D for compatibility with dilution tubes.
◎ Quality Assurance: Manufactured in a cleanroom environment; DNase-free, RNase-free, and endotoxin-free.
Usage Guide
1. Prepare: take a capped capillary pipette, Pierce the aluminum seal of the dilution tube fully using the conical end of the cap (Or use clean utensils for non-conical caps).
2. Aspirate Sample: Touch the pipette’s capillary tip to the liquid sample. The sample is instantly drawn into the capillary via surface tension.
3. Seal & Mix: Insert the pipette into the dilution tube and press down firmly to ensure a leak-proof seal. Shake vigorously to mix the sample with the prefilled diluent.
4. Dispense: Remove the cap and gently squeeze the tube wall to dispense the mixed sample dropwise from the tip.
5. Storage: Recap after use to prevent contamination.
