Product Overview
The surface of aluminum foil is coated with a black insulating layer, facilitating smooth penetration by the inductive needle of the automatic analyzer.
When transporting and testing urine in hospitals, laboratory personnel typically need to open the urine collection container lid before conducting experiments. Transportation, mixing, centrifugation, and other operations can further increase the possibility of aerosol leakage, thereby increasing the biological safety risk.
In accordance with ISO 15189 standard, Kangjian Medical has upgraded the urine sediment tube, and the sealing methods selected for the tube cap include puncturable coated film paper, aluminum foil, and elastic silicone diaphragm. While ensuring sealing, it prevents damage and leakage, reduces the biological hazards of urine aerosols to laboratory personnel, and facilitates the automated transmission and transportation of the laboratory.
