Product Overview
◆ KANGJIAN® Urinalysis microscope slide is produced using medical-grade PS material, designed for clinical examination of urine sediment microscopy, allowing for the extracorporeal counting and analysis of cellular elements in urine.
◆ The slide contains 10 counting chambers, enabling the examination of 10 urine specimens, with each counting chamber having a grid with 81 well defined, pre-measured squares
◆ The design of the Urinalysis microscope slide enhances the accuracy, consistency, and safety of urine sediment microscopic examinations. It simplifies the testing process, prevents sample contamination, and streamlines the counting of cellular elements in urine specimens.
How to use
◆ After thoroughly mixing the urine sample, transfer 10ml of urine into a urine sediment centrifuge tube.
◆ Centrifuge at a speed of 1000-1500 rpm for 5 minutes.
◆ After centrifugation, discard the supernatant, leaving behind 0.2ml of urine sediment.
◆ Shake the centrifuge tube to ensure the urine sediment is well mixed.
◆ Use a capillary to collect 15-20μl of urine sediment and inject into the counting chamber.
◆ Observe under a microscope at 400x magnification.
◆ Reporting format: Number of red blood cells, white blood cells, epithelial cells, and casts per μl.
